mike 6
im not 100% but i dont think theres much diff between Uk and euro, as uk is euro lol, except LHD to RHD, germany gets coloour concept VR6s and estate , syncro etc...'US - have bigger bumpers, swage line is thinner on them, and slightly higher, also they dont have a front plate recess.-different bumper lips, front and rear.-also no side repeater on the front wings its located on the bumper...-LHD-tailgate plate recess is square..-its called 'GTI VR6' and badges that way... they dont have highlines, either irrc

binliner 0
US VR6s have a few other differences as well...Secondary air systemDifferent airboxSlightly different breatherMetal front panelHeadlights, front fogs and indicators aren't easily interchangeable with UK onesLoads of little differences inside...Door open alarmSeatbelt alarm (I think that's what it is... I took the seats out after 2 days )raised centre console with lockable cubby hole, boot release button and rear cup holderFront cup holdersCentral locking buttonSlightly different gloveboxDifferent steering wheel airbagDifferent headlight switch (really basic one!)Different cloth interior patternsLittle rubber door pocket linersetched passenger side mirror glassSilver clocks (like colour concept but 160mph)Fuel light (don't remember my highline having one of those)and most of the things that look the same, fit differently just to be annoying! They also had some different colour options and a drivers editionplus all the stuff mike mentioned (although I havent noticed the swage line being higher or thinner!)oh and the side repaeaters aren't in the bumper, I'm pretty sure they are normally side markers they have to be rewired as side repeaters for UK use (mine had already been done so Im not 100%)
