LadVR 0
i have a solid mount on front of my mk2 vr. its a stripped out car anyway so noise didnt really worry me when i ordered it. now its on i cant really notice anymore noice or vibration. im still running the standard rear and gearbox mount, plus there are the 4 rubbers on the cross member against the chassis leg to remove some of the vibration.A friend of mine who had a mk1 jetta vr6 bolted the front mount straight to the front crossmember and it was fine.theres a guy on the mk2 vr forum who makes solid mounts for variuos different setups, think mine was 40 quid.
