He's got a K&N drycharger on the filter, that stops any moisture/water passing through it :)

Loving the idea though, I remember reading an article in PPC of a Pug 205 running a turbo where the back box was. very clever really, as the he didn't need an intercooler as the air running under the car did all the cooling necessary :)
