Well i checked last night and they both click but the click from the working seat seems to be a louder click.

Ok so the relays are the same so can i swap them over to see if thats the problem?

If not whats the next thing to try?

If it is the element thats a pain in the ass to fix isnt it?

Try the relays first, and if you want, you can swap the seats over just to check the wiring to the seat is okay. After that i would put it down to the element.

You could repair this yourself, but you will need to take the leather cover off and all that. There is guide on net, I'll try and dig it for you.

It all comes down to how confident you are and how much spare time you have, and if you can be without a car while your fixing it.

slide the front out that will make life easy!!

I had the element in the base of my passenger seat go and got it replaced! my mate is a trimmer thank god as i would not wand to do it myself!! try a ring test buzzer to see if you have ring continuity on both the elements of the seat ie the back and the base! seperste parts. u can make a tester by getting some battery powered buzzer thing and a battery and wires! when u add the seat elements in to this circuit the buzzer will buzz if the element is working and not if not!! if u get my drift!!
