xyber 1
Chav gear, not that cheap. My bro in law bought an induction kit for his Scooby, they gave him completely the wrong one, he rang them and the bloke in the shop did an 70 mile round trip to come and exchange it the very next morning. So an honest mistake and brilliant service to sort it outI think they are franchised so they will vary between stores depending on who works there
jesterwalker69 0
I used them for wheel spacers. I needed them pretty much next day cos my new brakes were being fitted. The guy organised a courier from the phone order store in London to Carlisle to arrive b4 9 the next day. Unfortunately they arrived at 12.30 so was a bit peed off! Then they were the wrong size - 15mm. So i rang the guy and he said to go out and buy some 10mm universal ones, use those while he sent up the 10mm hubcentric ones. Then when they arrived he said to send the wrong ones back AND the universal ones and he'd reemburse me for the uni ones, pay for the carraige AND give me a £5 for inconvience caused! As it happens i forgot to send the uni ones back so i rang him and he said just keep them and the company will pay for them anyway!! Proper chuffed! The guy i delt with was called Chris if u decide to use them.
