I know how Heart breaking it can be first hand..Recently i had the exact same problem with mine..kept losing water and i couldn't figure it out..then the slight miss fire started....I got a newer expansion tank with a blue cap on it but before i got to fit it the head gasket went and engine over heated and seized up..(luckily not while driving)...Really considered a matchbox insurance job...But I just found out today that the engine is not completely fucked and my magic mechanic has it stripped it down an is a good way towards fixing every thing..Stick with it Link to post Share on other sites

Have u checked your thermostat? If its not that one. . . .check the waterpump. Link to post Share on other sites
