Ed 2
not a clue mate! i have no clue when it comes to turbo kits! It looks shiny though! ha. its summit i'm looking to do at some point once ive actually got mine running properly maybe! ii like the idea of a silly horse powered vr for weekends. i was looking at this one http://www.bahnbrenner.com/vw_audi/products/1070/MK3_VR6_Turbo_kit . Think i need to save the ££££ first!
H13VYY 0
them cheap ebay kits are cheap made kits probably made in china..i don't know of anyone on here who has tried and tested the kit to recommend it. but if you want to fit the kit yourself, do some fabrication yourself and you got some spare £££ then it may be worth it just for the knowledge you'd gain from doing the whole project.but if your thiinking just to get the kit and get it fitted and expect it to last for a while..i wouldn't buy it. GT turbos on their own cost as much as that kit as a whole so obviously there's that difference in the quality.
FishWick 21
The Bahnbrenner kit is leagues ahead of the ebay one, although it will cause a few fitting headaches in UK cars. The Ebay kit has been discussed before and it's not much cop. It's not really a kit, but more of a starting point!
