Guest Olly_K
Ok, went to start the car this morning.........flat..........not entirley flat, just flat enough for it not to turn over. Had the car checked for drain, and alternator voltage not so long ago (when i had the starter motor replaced). the battery used to literally last 30mins before going flat again, so i took it out and charged it over night, then took the car on a long run.............and its been fine (as long as i use the car everyday). If i dont, it just loses power. Do you think it could be the battery ? gonna get a new one today anyways help !

adeingolf 0
Ive had exactly the same problem with mine this week. Had my local mechanic have a look while he was working on my van and he thought it was the boot light staying on, so he disconnected it. Same thing happened though and ive traced it to my amp staying on!Does the boot light stay on for a while like the interior light? And does anyone know why my amp would suddenly stay on permanently? ukdub 0
adeingolf. it sounds like your remote wire for your amp is getting a permanent live feed from another sorce. ie a split in your remote wire touching another
