shail 0 Posted April 12, 2009 Report Share Posted April 12, 2009 If you do upgrade all four speakers, I would buy components (which is standard fitment on Vr's) for a few quid more rather than 2-way speakers. In terms of amps - I run some MB Quart componets using a 40Watt RMS Alpine V12 amp with no problems. Just be aware of big wattage claims for amps - they may not be RMS and may be just peak values.
