Pete.sVR6 0
AllI have been informed that I need a new heater control motor, due to a lack of warm air when selected on the climate control. Do I: Go to a main dealer who have probably done this before, but then have to pay the horrendous labour charges aprox £70 p/hr. Buy a manual and attempt a DIY fix. Go to a backstreet garage who may be cheaper but tell me they have never replaced this part before and really don't know how long it will take to do.Thanks.

antera309 3
The Climatronic system (I assume that's what you've got) can be lairy. Take it to someone that knows what they're doing. Stealth and AmD are recommended.

Pete.sVR6 0
Yes AMD are just down the road, didn't think they would be interested in doing general repairs etc, I thought they would do performance related work only, No harm in asking I suppose, will try them.Cheers.
