VR6-DUB 3
HiI have decided to lower my vr6, I plan on leaving the standard wheels on at the moment, the six spoke original bbs alloys, obviously once I refurbished them. Also for the time being I am goner lower it with just lowering springs only.Any advice on how low i should go and what springs to use.Cheers. rusty dan 1
going lowered springs without uprated shocks will see you needing to change them in a year or at least your top mounts.. I think a budget set up of springs and shocks would be better than springs.Something like this?http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Suspension-Coilover-VW-Golf-Jetta-MK3-3-GTI-Corrado-VR6_W0QQitemZ130302319251QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item130302319251&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A1|39%3A1|240%3A1318|301%3A0|293%3A2|294%3A50Your going to need bump stops and its always good to check yout top mounts aswell seeing as the whole leg is gonna be swapped.
