Mackenzie 6
Is the window working? If it isn't, have alook at the brown earth wire that runs from the door to the carMine had split from opening and closing the door.I finally found this out 3 motors and 4 switches later. Damo 85 0
Mines the same mate, still need to fit a new motor and regulator. if its clicking when you press it but you can't hear the motor running then it might need a new window motor. Other issue is the regulator (its a criss-crossed cable, runs in the door between the two runners and the motor). the cable had rusted and snapped on mine
Pearsy47 1
i don t bloody know i thought a simple fix lol but i still love the vr6 for the noise ahhhh lol and thanks vdub_steve i will have a look !!
Mackenzie 6
Open your door and look where the hinges are. Its a rubber tube that runs from the door to the side of your dash. Just pull the rubber thing away, and all the wires are there running through it. Its the big brown one. Just check to see if it has snapped from opening and closing your door

SankysVR6 1
Moved you post to the correct section.Your problem sounds like the regulator is broken, rather then the motor.
