Eddy_y 0 Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 i am running on 15" 205/50 Federal SSS35stock suspension,i am noticing oversteer on fast turns, and i struggle to accelerate fast without wheelspin( will happen unless i accelerate under 1500-2000rpm)my car is a stock 1992 obd1 vr6.any suggestings concerning how to fix oversteer or a solid standing stil acceleration are very much appreciated Link to post Share on other sites

rodney 17 Posted May 28, 2009 Report Share Posted May 28, 2009 Well not meaning to teach you to suck eggs..also i am assuming this is a step in car compared to your previous car... yup... well 3 key things to do..1 make sure your tyres are at the correct pressure. You will be surprised how much this affects everything2 Sort the suspension (shocks and springs & ARB). To a point lower is better but the correct set up helps no end. there are threads in the members section showing how to fit and what types others are using.3 control your right foot and steering. Over-steer is caused by your lift off into a corner as you steer quickly & wheelspin by to much throttle to early. Each car has its own style so you need to learn this one.. but the things above will help each aspect of these. hope it helps a little Link to post Share on other sites
