stuartvr6hi 0
HiNeed some input, been looking for some 17†wheels for a while and found these. There reasonably light and don’t cost the world and because I am going for more of a track car than show car think these are the ones for me. They need to bee 17s because ground clearance issues.Team Dynamic 1.2 17x8 Blackhttp://www.rimstyle.com/products/detail/?category=wheel_tyre_packages;type=team_dynamics_pro_race_12_gb;manufacturer=team_dynamics;model=574;id=TEP12GB1780805BLA12960pics of the car they will go onhttp://www.vr6oc.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?245841.10Anyone with experience with track wheels are theses a good idea? H13VYY 0
I personally wouldn't pay that much for them wheels. You can get a mint set of used BBS alloys instead which suit the MK3 alot more.
craggsy 91
Nice wheels and they will put R888s on for extra £300 quid
cabrioman 6
always thought that 16`s or 15`s anr the best size for track .... how come u got clearance issues ... cant u just wind ur coilovers up a bit ???
stuartvr6hi 0
Wish I kept the azev but recently changed to 16" mercsI need 17s because on 16s my 3" exhaust right where the cat bypass is catches on speed bumps and up and down drive ways etc, I could raise it as I have coilovers but i think it would sit to high on 16s and look odd so need 17s
cabrioman 6
oh rite i see ... i personally would raise it a little and run 16`s .. well say that i have done that .... but as for the wheels thry look good and if they are really light game on me old cocker
