How do you acknowledge a fellow Dubber when not in a dub?

This stems from me having a rice rocket as a daily. (No haters please)

For example I was sat on my way home tonight and I see a white mk2 vr6 pass straight in front of me. ( I was at m40 jnct High wycombe in case you're on here) and I wave/flash the lights. The chap looked at me/ through me and went on his way.

Now he wasnt rude or anything and was busy driving. But it raises the question: how do you folks do it when not in a dub????

I dont do it in a non dub mate. Dont always when in VR unless they flash or wave
