1995 OBD2.

I need to replace mine but my car had a gearbox rebuild a few months ago so need to check the part number against the invoice to see if I can get it replaced for free under the VAG part's warranty. Fingers crossed.

I can't install my EKTA onto my laptop dus to resolution - it won't go higher than 1024x768?.......are there any drivers i can install to fi this or s it due to the physical size of the laptop screen ie. will it work with an external monitor attached?......

valver - i'm not a computer wizz so may be wrong, but it does sound like the actual size of the screen is the prob, so theoretically it should work with a external monitor.

slim - now, theres two part no's, one for 78/90mm driveshafts, and one for 90/100mm shafts...i'm presuming the vr6 is the latter...so 8D0 407 309

yep, thats correct...vr6 is 100mm shafts...just checked.

Should work no probs on an external screen, as long as the resolution on that goes higher. It works on my laptop but you have to scroll around the screen to see the edges of the image.
