jimmyb 2 Posted August 8, 2009 Report Share Posted August 8, 2009 i would just like to know how much i can lower my car i am keeping the standard bbs 15's on it,i just dont want no rubbing or contact on full lock,i would like 60mm but i aint sure if this would the way with those 15s,,,please help i dont want to wreck it and does any 1 know what suspension is best in the £250-£350 bracket,,HELP! i need it lower it feels like a bit of a boat after my mk2 HELP! bungy 2 Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 You'll not know how far you can go until you put the coilovers on. Lots of variables including the actual make of tyre will affect your clearance. As said before, get'em on and adjust to suit. If you find they rub then raise, rectify and then lower again.
