mriley60 0
Hello there, spoke to someone today about suspension whilst having new exhaust fitted, and he mentioned that r32 suspension goes on the mk3 golf with no problems? I have a mate who smashed up an r32 a while back and has bought it back and breakiung it for spares. Is this true? Personally I cant see this working as the r32 is far newer and presumably more advanced. Any ideas?
legvw 0
don't think it will. The front struts have a drop link to the anti roll bar, were as the vr's us the wish bone. And the r32's are wider so you wouldn't be able to fit the anti roll bar. The layout of the struts are different, i don't think the camber is adjustable like that on the vr's.But on a posititve note, if someone has done it, then fair play to them! I just can't understand why???
