UKG Grant 1
I'v got a vr corrado, o i am assuming the obd1 golf will be the same. On the elbow just before the throttle body you have 2 pipes, one coming into the pipe on the inside of the bend in the middle ( oil breather?? ) and another one on the opposite side, is that a breather as well? assuming it is, am i able to replace the rubber elbow with a alloy one and just run piper cross style oil breather filters on the pipes taken of? craggsy 91
The other one at top of intake pipe will be to your ISV
thegoth 5
the longer, back one, is part of the idle stability system so can't simply be removed / replaced with an oil breather
cabrioman 6
the one at the back should go to the isv under the ht lead cover with on an obd1 .... the other one can be removed and a filter put on the pipe coming off the rocker cover and the hole on the air intake plugged up ....
