john555 0
it wil fit the engine but you will need to buy new mounts and a c2 blanking plate if your staying 2wd as for benefits other than 6speed im unsure
bungy 2
6 speed is not always better. When going down the strip at Santa Pod I had to change into 4th gear when the vr's were topping out still in 3rd due to the shorter gear ratio's in the 4mo. Might have slightly better top gear cruising though.
Eat this 2
6th on a 4 mo is a bit longer than 5th on the vr so better for cruisingthe shorter ratios mean better acceleration in each gear shorter = better but you have to balance that out against the time taken to change gear
kcw 1
They are also better at handling big power if thats what your planning.Whats the going rate and what box codes should you look out for?
Ben U 0
I was going to use one, if you can sort out the driveshafts then it would seem the better way. As mine will be out in Germany i need something that original parts can be replaced quickly so am going 12v. I have a 24v box for sale in the classifieds if your interested.
