STEWVY 0 Posted September 4, 2009 Report Share Posted September 4, 2009 ive just bought 4 spacesaver steel wheels and gonna send them to http://www.bandedsteels.co.uk/ (look for the estate with ghostbusters on door)but 1st i'd like to know how wide i can go before they start to rub when steering?any1 got wheels from "banded steels?" craggsy 91 Posted September 4, 2009 Report Share Posted September 4, 2009 So standard car will look daft with anything wider than 7s maybe 8s at a push. 9s will need car lowering to look right but then you will need arches rolling to go low or to be drivable over anything but a smooth road.7s will be easy and you can leave ride height how it is Link to post Share on other sites
