vonboyclehoffen 0
I've bought & paid for these lights on the 9th October, and as yet this guy hasn't sent them to me or contacted me saying why there has been delay. Does anyone know him?
vonboyclehoffen 0
Well, finally received them. Smashed into pieces one of them. The other is hardly in "as-new" condition either.Nice one DHL.Need to get MK3-VR6 to contact DHL, but strangely he's not replying to my emails, again.

vonboyclehoffen 0
Well, i have given him enough of a chance to do something about this, and still no word.Soured my experience of the owners club to be honest. Don't think i'll bother buying second hand parts from people here no more. I'm sure there are plenty of nice people, but seems as i've paid £85 for something that was not in "as new" condition even before DHL smashed them, just don't want to risk it no more. Guess i'll have to pay up for new ones. One more day, then i think the first negative feedback will be left for a member.
Rustyman 0
Shame to hear about this sort of thing happening ... As a rule of thumb ( my own personal experience and by no means applied to everyone in the Club ) i don't buy parts if they have made only a few posts ...
MK3-VR6 0
Right, lets get things clear and straight:These lights were sent in EXCELLENT condition!I have pics of the lights prior to sending to prove and back this up! If anyone wants them feel free to ask!The lights were sent days after he paid! They then went missing for over 2 weeks!!Then after numerous conversations with dhl/parcel2go, they finally arrived!Unfortunatly, wrapped in yellow DHL tape, and one light broken! The box was damaged beyond belief!!!So, i have contacted parcel to go regarding the problem and have claimed for the damaged goods! THEY ARE STILL CURRENTLY DEALING WITH IT!!!! A claim can take upto 28 days (aparently)!! So stop posting here! I will contact you when i hear from them! I have not forgot about you! I dont sit infront of my laptop 24hrs a day! I do have a job and a life, so relax, and when i hear anything, i will let you know. I appriciate that you have waited, and im sure it aint nice, but i have done all i can. Im waiting for them now!Sorry for any crap this has caued to any members/mods on here! But this is the situation and i dont want to be looked upon as a rip off! This clearly isnt the case!thanks
vonboyclehoffen 0
being 3 weeks since your last communication with me, how am i meant to know what's happening???I don't an expect an immediate reply, but out of courtesy, an acknowledgement and update would be great. It's me who's out of pocket at the moment.
vonboyclehoffen 0
By that i mean if you'd have told me that it would be up to 28days for the claim, i wouldn't need to try to contact you within that time, would I?

vonboyclehoffen 0
Nope, not heard a sausage.just gonna write it off as a bad experience. luckily the light i needed wasn't the smashed one, and after exchanging the LED's from inside, will hopefully work now - just need to take to autoelectricians. Wierd how an "as new" light would have led's missing from inside the light too!
