MarkGolf 6
Is it me, or does the mk3 neeeeeeed a footrest!!Driving soo many cars with a nice footrest and then getting abck in mine is horrible! Not fair that our LHD friends get footrests, and we dont.. (well, we do, but wrong side)Well, the mk3.5/4 Golf cab, which IS based on a mk3 HAS a footrest, was wondering if anyone has fitted one or know if one would go in, i'd imagine it would, makes a world of difference and if no ones tried, think I'll buy it and have a go and get back to you all!Only a bit of plastic so cant be much... we'll, we are talking VW.. So who knows !alien

cliveyp 0
Funny that! I went to Whitley Bay last weekend and on the way up i thought there was something missing and that was it! See what you can find out as i wouldn't mind one!
acf8181 0
you can get your foot round the clutch and onto the floor, providing you have little feet like me that is, but it would be better with a footrest.

MarkGolf 6
Thats what I was worried about, I can only just get my foot around the clutch pedal in my car, Im not sure if the pedals are different in the cabby, but can get your foot on the footrest no probs! Will get round to investigating.... Im sure someone here has a mk4 cab!
