kcw 1 Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 Evening allI was looking around the web after I got talking about twin turbo vr's and I saw HGPs twin turbo setup. It says on their site they use 2 Mitsubishi turbo's but doesn't give any more info than that.Can anyone shed some light on what specific turbo's they use? Power figures are said to be 403ps @ 4400rpm @ 1.1 bar if that helps someone hazard a guess.Thanks in advanceKen Link to post Share on other sites
FishWick 21 Posted November 23, 2009 Report Share Posted November 23, 2009 HGP usually mod their turbos. Somewhere between a TD04 and TD05 as a guess, size wise. Only 1.5 Litre per bank, so something pretty small to get reasonable spool times. Link to post Share on other sites

Would be like a k03 on a 1.4L, I know that a k03s spools very quickly on the 1.8s but wonder how 2 would on the vr. Link to post Share on other sites
