MrBen 0
Yes they'll fit, you will need 205/40/17, and you might need to do a little arch work, depending how low you run it.
VR6Rich 3
These should fit as they are 5x100pcd. Binliner has them. Would need 205/40/R17 tyres though.[ Edited Thu Dec 16 2004, 10:45PM ]
stu h 0
cheers gents, not planning a big drop, maybe 30mm? but who knows depends on how they look. wont bother if they need arch work 'cos of budget.
MrBen 0
Justin didn't touch his arches, so you might be ok, but Steve mk3anni is running a different style of TT rims, also 8x17, and these rubbed on all four corners - that said he is running more like 60mm lower on his coilies. Eat this 2
will 215/40/17s be ok or does it have to be 205/40/
Nerih 0
30mm should be okay.
stu h 0
cheers gents
VR6Rich 3
215/40/17s will most definitely catch. I have 215s on my 16's and they catch all the time, only on the drivers side rear though. !dodge
mark@vagworx 0
I think you'll find that the competition TT rims are 7.5x17.205/40/17 is definately the way forward.......for no/minimal rubbing
