ingham 5 Posted February 6, 2010 Report Share Posted February 6, 2010 the rubber pipe going to oil cooler is prone to fail ,mine did ..beware the plastic pipe is very brittle where it meets the rubber pipe when old and will prob snap so be prepared to replace it also, its nick named crack pipe on here Link to post Share on other sites

All you need is an allen key for two bolts and mould grips to get the clip off the small hose. It just pulls off then. Pushing the new one in the water pump end can be a sod, I had trouble at first but I noticed slight rusting around the lip and sprayed it with wd40. Went straight in.
