roosevelt1st 1 Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 been quoted 190-195bhp for OBD2 (1997 my) VR6 at cost of £282,,,,,,,,, this for standard car, mine got powerflow s/s exhaust and sports cone filter,,, can I expect more bhp than quoted as base rate higher than standard with my set up???also anyone had good/bad experience with Custom Code??ta Link to post Share on other sites

jims13 6 Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 yep the c2 one is also still running, due for payment in march. should be around 200 quid per ecu..ecu rempas will differ from tuner to tuner, but on a n/a vr the most you are likely to see with cams and no headwork is around 220 bhp. as roger has said most standard - ish vr's will make 190-195 bhp with only airfilters and exhausts.
