steve mk3 vr6 0
well where do i start... had some probs with my vr head gasket went an still off the road. so i have taken the head off to find a piston has some play in it. so gonna get some forged high compression pistons with a bore of 83 witch i think will make it a 3.0 is this wise? as its the maximum i think u can go to. an will i see a decent power gain thanks
MaidenVR6 26
Gonna get Woessner 12:1 pistons? I have 82.5mm in mine. And that was 2.95 or something... 83mm will be around 3.0 i guess.Gains? With 12:1 in compression and 83mm you will get some more power. A friend of mine in Sweden got 211WHP with this pistons, Schrick WGI, Schrick 288 cams, and a big valve Schrick head. It was reving around 8000 rpm.

UnitedMotorsport 55
83mm is 2931cc - Still only 2.9The capacity increase alone will see ~no gain.
MarkGolf 6
I went this route, my block was a 2.9 anyway but I can't tell any difference tbh.. was just nice to have fresh bores n pistons
