Just fitted my mk4 polo dood handles but now for some reason the door pin on the drivers side wont go up or down. When i use my alarm central locking the passanger pin goes up and down fine and all the locks make all the noises as if its working. Any ideas. Cheers Link to post Share on other sites

legvw 0 Posted March 14, 2010 Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 Well the pin is threaded onto a wire which is conected to the door lock itself, not the handle, so i'd check that nothings caught or stopping the wire going up and down. Link to post Share on other sites
Dazdub 0 Posted March 14, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 14, 2010 I think when i tried putting the door card back on must of forgot to put the threaded rod through the hole in the door card and bent the rod slightly.
