back for another year !

well guys it was mot time on my car, and bearing in mind i only paid £300 for it over a year ago and it looking tatty as hell it failed but only on wishbone bushes and 2 front tires and the number plate builbs. so i got it all sorted for little over a hundred quid i took it back and got my mot ! sweet ! i also put on new track rod ends, had the tracking done and gave it a nice service(as i aint changed the oil for over a year) and now the beast is running sweet as a nut ! so now shes back for another year im thinking about getting it sprayed and sorting out the interior as the seats and dash board are blue and i hate it ! im also thinking about getting a roll cage or show cage is there anywhere in the uk i can get one ?!

Nice to hear you've got her all sorted and thru the MOT... I think tonyvrsc will be your man to ask about roll cages, he's either got one or is getting one and has been looking into it and prob knows a lot more than most about the different trypes etc... drop him a pm, sure he'll help ya out with some advice. :)

ybracing does omp rollcages check your insurance first as some modified insurances dont like them,also you can only get non sunroof cages and most vr6s came with sunroofs . i have a omp cage in mine but i had to remove sunroof

I'll second that about the cages, I don't think some do due to cages being linked to track days and racing etc.

Get a show cage/half cage if you want to keep your sunroof and interior, if not get a 6 point and blank sunroof off.
