H13VYY 0
Just got myself this1998 - Honda Integra DC2 Type R. My first Jap car and damn it's impressed.
Dazdub 0
Nice mate. Love the tegs. My brother had one and it was quick as fook for a 1.8. Possible the best handling front wheel drive car ever made.
H13VYY 0
Ye it handles unbelievably. Very nimble and responsive compared to the VR. The tegs got a 4 branch too and should be pushing close to 200bhp. Very impressive from a 1.
The Monk 50
Is the bonnet not shut on it?Looks nice mate. Always fancied a Toyota Supra.

Phat VR6 3
love all the cars on your drive. think the dub looks better but can't argue with the performance of the type R
H13VYY 0
Bonnet is shut, it's like that. Most likely the VR is going. Most likely i might split or sell as whole depending on price. The VR is lovely to, It's alot more torquey then the Teg but it's time for a change. Iv had a VR for 4 years so i want to try something else. .Depending on insurance though. DC5's are lovely cars. Very similar to the DC2 but got 6 speed gearbox and 220bhp. Not much difference in performance though due to weight.
Dazdub 0
Shame the VR may have to go but understand your need for change. Get yourself an injen induction kit for the teggy and it will sound awesome

Get yourself an injen induction kit for the teggy and it will sound awesomeYeh the VR is going, i swapped insurance over today. Can't fault the VR at all, and IMO it's a better all round car then the teg. I have already got a Blitz Sonic induction kit which retails at £260. Sounds awesome but way too loud for my liking, I took it for a blast earlier and got way too many dirty looks from some old folks lol. Im going to stick the standard airbox back on and see how it goes. The VTEC sound is awesome to. The revs just keep on going all the way to 9000rpm. Very fun to drive. Dazdub 0
Fair play. Dont think you will have many problems selling the VR. Thats what its for, to upset old people lol. I love the way the teg sounds like its redlining then all of a sudden more power kicks in.
matty.vrt 120
nice integra, best get used to changing gear allot to keep it in the power. would go very well with a turbo on it.
H13VYY 0
lol @ upsetting the old folks haha. Even though the low-down torque isn't that great, the short/close geared ratios and light flywheel really do compensate for that to some degree. I will be back with an R32 next year though as iv always wanted one

Lukey. 381
thats a thirsy driveway youve got there!Yet another car ive always wanted, frequently sought and tested but never actually put the money down on, but probably will be my next project, a JDM model though, i think the JDM lights are nicer, and a little more power which is always nice. These older cars will become increasingly sought after and the prices i feel will start to go up when people cotton on to the fact that they wont be following the exponential trend of tax banding. The trouble with newer big engine cars now will be the massive tax bands they fall into, f*cking government trying to price everyone out of the nice big powerful engines!!
