ibiza vr6 0 Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 hi iv taken my top chain cover of to see if there is any sighns off wear as when i bout the car i was told the chain and guides was done it all looks good i put new tensioner on it every thing looks good any i dears what would make the rattle nosie its bad as the car gets warm first thing on a morning for about 2mins its ok then rattles like a cam chain iv read that they do make a rattle noise any way but how true is this the car runs a1 with power any idears ??? ibiza vr6 0 Posted May 2, 2010 Author Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 its top end nosie the car runs mint its got power and its been like this for a few weeks iv read a bloke said to get a tin with oil in it and put the tensioner in plunger end down the release slowly to fill with oil and do it a few time s what do u think ?
