VR6-DUB 3
Hi Okay i was going to change one of my bulbs in the rear light, open the boot, on the drivers side i peeled back the boot carpet which covers the rear light, and i noticed a foam box straped to the car just underneath the light. I opened the foam box comes apart in 2 pieces and then there was a black plastic box inside the foam box, checked it out it had wires coming out of it.I panicked and put the box CAREFULLY back into the car and left it.Any ideas on what this box is or what it does?Cheers guys. H13VYY 0
it's equivalent to the black box which you find on airplaces. it records data such as the speed, location, temperture etc of the vehicle just incase of a tragedy. VW were way ahead of their time.
