sharky_70 0 Posted June 2, 2010 Report Share Posted June 2, 2010 im getting the bits for my oil cooler togethergonna be keeping the OE heat exchanger to help warm the oil on start-upas im keeping it will i need the alloy end cap or can i keep the stock one?only ask cos ive heard if youre binning the OE HE you have to use the alloy end cap but as im keeping it can i use the stock one?thanks Link to post Share on other sites

FishWick 21 Posted June 2, 2010 Report Share Posted June 2, 2010 You keep the OE ally cap and fit one of these - http://www.dgautotech.com/dgauto/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=100&Itemid=87if you can't seperate the cap from the existing tube (seems that some are one peice), you will need a cap from thinkauto.com aswell.
