haldex oil change

planning to change the haldex oil and filter on my golf 4 motion at the weekend. I have filter 02D-525-558-A, and 275ml oil cartridge G052 175 A1. Looking through the various guides on the net and on this site to I have noticed There is also part no G055 175 A1 (oil cartridge) does anyone know what the difference is between the two and more to the point have i got the right one?

For the change you will the tube of oil, filter and some "kits" come with an "O" seal for the bung.

Thanks for that information. But does anyone know what the difference is between G 052-175-A1 and G 055-175-A1 haldex oil?

I have bought G 052-175-A1 on flea bay but wont put it in till i find out if its the right oil.

Its probably an updated part number mate, nothing to worry about. The oil will be right for the haldex. If there is any difference then it won't be noticable, and won't break it!! :-)
