Lukey. 381
so using the Mk4 ECU can you vagcom it as normal like a factory Mk4 R32? if so does this mean you get a load of interior errors that you have to ignore as its not a full mk4 interior too?

VR6_Absy 0
Slight updateBrand new RH Hella Celis arrived from Germany in perfect condition £121 bargain :-) All fitted, looks goodSpent a day at Storm Developments yesterdayVery steady 3.5 hour drive up and a very spirited drive back down the A303 cough coughMapping on the ECU was a bog standard Mk4 and not suitable for Mk5 engine. Fueling was way out, running extremely lean and power delivery unpredictable. After many lively runs the fueling is now spot on and it drives superbly. Slightly holds back at 3k & 4k in 2nd and reluctant to rev to 7200rpm OMG because of a Cam Correlation Error but the guys are working hard to track this down and snip it out of the map so that it will run to its full potential.Really impressed with Andy & Tim they certainly know there stuff, listened to what i've done to date, the issues i've encountered and fully understood the configuration i'm running.Hopefully next week it will fully sorted and running to its full potential, 7k gear changes 'Appy Dayz :-) :-)

VR6_Absy 0
Storm Developments have worked their magic and sorted it out, it now runs as it should. Took it for a test drive and it was awesome for 10 minutes and then the clutch went. Power delivery is so smooth, Tim has done a cracking job sorting the ECU out.Managed to get it home by easing off the throttle but its like driving a different car now.Bit disappointed with the clutch as it was a new Sachs and should be capable of the power. Engine comes out tomorrow to strip down and check it out. Need to source a replacement, possibly an upgrade this time.Had to have new sets of plugs because the engine was running too lean and weakening and distorting the tangs. If one had broken it would've been game over.Existing exhaust was to small so its been replaced for a full Dub Power 2.5" system throughout.tangs.
