Without seeing and hearing it it is difficult. Is the engine breathing correctly and not pressurizing the sump. Checked the breather or disconnect and attach a catch bottle until proven. This fault "could" produce the symptoms you explain. It might also be worth doing a compression test. Sounds like you are having a nightmare.

hi bungy you could say that !!!! compressiont test came back fine ,im no mechanic so im relying on the garage to be honest ,ive been to see it today and its pushing oil through the entire system to the exhaust , my garage said i could do with putting it on a rolling road but no one near me with any knowledge, dont even know of any one in this contry that deals with vortech chargers ,might just have to put back to standard for now as a last resort gutted !!!!!!!

To be fair mate and not wanting to sound harsh without knowing all the facts but do they know what they're doing? They might be out of their depth. First get the car running correctly without the charger, if it runs correctly or at least without the symptoms with the charger disconnected then it narrows down the fault. Is your charger connected to the cars oil line? If it is and even if it has been rebuilt, it sounds like the rebuild is at fault or at least a fault in the charger. Might be time for a specialist.

There are many to choose from, Tony is our resident owner / mechanic, then there is Matt from C2 and Vince from Stealth. I'm sure if you asked any of these directly they could help. I truly would come for a visit if it would help but i'm out of the country soon and just have no time.
