Rsjvr6 1
Mine are quite noisy as well. Do you know any way to quiten them down?
legvw 0
If they are noisey then it could mean they are worn. Are they/it noisey all the time or just when cold, or hot?I've got a noisey tappet and am thinking about replacing the whole lot. But its only noisey when the engines up to temp. 23345matt 0
Mines noisey most of the time, you only here it when itson tick over or going down a narrow street, with the window down if that makes sense, but this car was stood for a year not been used before i bought it
legvw 0
Have you serviced it recently?Sometimes fresh correct grade oil can cure odd noises. If not, then could mean new parts for the engine. How many miles has you engine done?
23345matt 0
yep changed it about 2 weeks ago, will give it a bit longer also dont think it helps that i only do a 15 mile trip to and from work so probably needs a really good run, but that will have to wait untill i have got the new coilovers on this weekend
