yakuza racer 16
Is it suggested that octane boosters work for the vr?how long before the effects are felt?is it worth going octane booster or is 98 unleaded race fuel the better option?thanks gents
spadam 7
98 Octane is not race fuel thats just premium fuel. We get 99 octane at the pumps here in uk. I only ver use shell v power which is 99 octane. Not to sure weather it makes much diffrence in a N/A vr. But many new performance cars only run on 99octane fuel and can see vast improvements. yakuza racer 16
well we get the very shitty fuel here, 95 pump fuel unleaded or leaded...i can get 101 Avgas but which is LL (low Lead) which means it burns slower, but has the tendacy to make cars slower.so i think raising my octane level to 100 should be ok? michael5556 247
I use tescos momentum as it is supposed to be better than v-power, v-power is only 97 isn't it? I may be wrong?Momentum is 99 though and I have no problems with it!
spadam 7
V power is definetly 99 octane it used to only be 98 but is now 99. Yea tesco 99 is good to.
p0u1 14
hes not in england, and octane booster is rubish, just go for the best petrol you can buy there, petrol is one of thouse things where you get what you pay for, ie if one type of petrol cost a few pennys more per litter that is most likly to be the better one
