Apollo 0
If it flashes ALL of the digits on start up for around 6 seconds it means there is a fault. Usually means needs re-gassing.

VeedubGeezer 0
Any photos of the Climatronic installed in your Corrado dash? Sounds interesting!
VR6Pete 1,455
Vag com will read climatronic fault codes. The thing is that there's a bunch of internal sensors / motors and fans with the system. I didn't think it was an easy job?!
lukavr6 0
don't worry mate, it took me a week to do it. i used everything from a passat, including all the sensors, wireing, etc...but the biggest trick was to fit the front panel in the dash looking stock.pics will follow, when the car is finished. lukavr6 0
if somebody is thinking about doing it, this might be of some help;http://www.shrani.si/?m/u7/42cfBL8p/23022011111.jpghttp://www.shrani.si/?2W/qa/1TGsetcq/23022011113.jpghttp://www.shrani.si/?I/Lz/wQ92VDY/23022011114.jpghttp://www.shrani.si/?0/W0/QNFq3pB/23022011117.jpghttp://www.shrani.si/?2v/vB/XHFFGQM/23022011118.jpgleft is the climatronic box, the right one is the original rrado. all you need to do is to swap the plastic air went, because the passat has a lot more room in the interitor, and therefore the wents are larger. some interior electric work is needed (2 sets of cables), under the hood the electrics stays the same. i used the 92 passat's climatronic, which has only two sensor in the interior, so u just need to plug them in and position them somewhere discrete.the display needs persuation, but i didnt take pictures of that, because everybody wants a different look, and have different ideas and possibilities. IT'S ALIVE!!!!yup, i'm happy:)cheers, luka
