kazama76 1 Posted January 1, 2011 Report Share Posted January 1, 2011 Right here goes again lol I had the car a few months now and if i dont use the car every day the battery goes flat I know its not the battery and from reading the the history its been a constant problem with the car. Now im really set on getting it sorted 1c and 4 all. So and idea'sSo far ive disconnected the the stereo and alarm. Taken interior bulbs out and its still goin flat... Could be a problem with the ignition switch and/or associated relays, but i'm not 100% on that, if that side of the electrics isn't turning off properly it might drain the battery. iceviolet 1 Posted January 1, 2011 Report Share Posted January 1, 2011 connect a multimeter in series on the battery and read the current thats being drawn when everything is off. This will tell you if it is actually drawing too much current. If it is, you need to pull each fuse in turn and replace to see if there is a dramatic difference to the current being drawn when each fuse is pulled,this will then tell you which circuit you have the problem on Link to post Share on other sites
