binliner 0
Doesnt Venom do vented wings as well as the vents?I assume you only wnat one wing Claire?theyve stopped doing them because they were poor quality
VRmonster 1
i think the wings you buy with the vents already pressed in you can only get for the drivers side, as thats where the filter is. and i suppose thats what the vent is for, supplying more air to the filter. but i may be wrong. Geastb 0
Performanace solutions do them Have they a web site? Or address?
dubloke 4
cool louvres do them for both side with a choice of vent styles and they also do the bonnets too!
vdubgirl 3
Matt been after that web site for ages. Looks good but there very pricy just for punching a bloomin hole ion your wing
dubloke 4
its either that or buy some transporter or sprinter vents and get your bodyshop to do it while its in. either way the wings gotta come off, which is no big deal, just make sure they can do it well before you cut holes in your car! MarkGolf 6
Its best to get your standard wing pressed!I have an INXX one and it is a poor quality metal!
vr6 highline 0
i am a panel baeter and paint sprayer which is very handy at times , as i work with vans from time to time so this means merc sprinters need new wings now and then so iv collected all the decent vents to sell on ebay , they r r genuine merc so the quality of the steel is not an issue , but if any one want one give me a shout
dubloke 4
how easy are these to fit onto wings then? i know the edges have to be flat rolled to flush them but is there a danger of warping the panel when welding it in? how much you asking for the vents?
vr6 highline 0
as for ease of fitting i would say it is only a job for a pro ,not something to be attempted in the garage at home unless u have some experiance in doing such a task, im not going to be greedy cos they will frequently be available so i think £10 +postage is a bargain ?!
