ASHLEYG 4
I'm in the process of building my new engine up and for safe measures I'll be replacing the oil pump. The engine will be supecharged too. Is it best to fit a genuine VW pump or are aftermarket ones as good? I can get a pump made by BGA for £45 plus vat, or a genuine pump is £110 plus vat and an extra £13 for the pipe so a bit of price difference!I'm guessing the reply will be go genuine but thought I'd ask opinions anyway.
