Lukey. 381 Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 sounds like the characteristic of this engine really, after 3k you get more of the power, max torque is at 4.2k and max power 5.8k so for a big V6 you have to wring it out but its easy work, never a struggle to get it up there but you should find round town you can just leave it in third and itll pull itself along nicely without objection.youll just learn the gears/speeds in time so you can make sure you will always hit the 3-4k rev range when you need it Link to post Share on other sites
