Hi all, not been on here in a while as the VR6 has been in storage!

It has Wietech 40mm lowering kit all round but otherwise standard, is there any way to combat the understeer under throttle? its very bad in the wet! I've tried all different tyres and nothing made much difference! Am i missing out on some settings or tricks etc?

Have you fitted an upgraded anti-roll bar kit? They hugely increase roll resistance at the rear which apparently on a FWDer greatly reduces understeer and, if you go big and bad enough on the back one you can actually get it so it oversteers and loses the back end (apparently not entirely recommended!). So to max it from under to over, I imagine you'd buy one of the kits with a 25mm rear and don't bother to fit the front one (typically a 22mm upgrade from the standard 18mm, has to be swapped - the rear is a total addition to the puny little piece of wire that is inside the rear beam, so it is a massive increase in anti-roll resistance). I put an Eibach 22 F and 25 R on mine, much better turn in, lot less understeer. Rest of my suspension is standard.
