nice one claire.

if i can give you any advice it would be to take the fitness test very seriously....thats how i screwed up in the clio scholarship. thought the fitness bit wasn't that important. they want to see someone really try hard, and never give up.

they're most likely to do bleep test, sit ups, press ups, tests to check your flexibility. stuff like that.

get training ;)

Cheers peeps and lol @ all the excersize comments I am in training from now been to the gym this morning and worked my little socks off :D.

I'm not that unfit I circuit train on a monday, step class on a tuesday swim wednesdays gym satd mornings (when I can be arsed ;-) )
