Into 6th gear, cruise on, watch the MPG approach 50. @ 80mph I usually get 45-49mpg.Hard cars to come by. I hunted high and low for a good one. Paid £5k two years ago to a nice fella on http://uk-mkivs.net/ That was with all the mods. I've done nothing to it bar servicing and cleaning.Have a look over there and you might strike lucky! But still on their N.Ireland V5's and Reg's.. Helps with speed cameras and parking fines Don't know mate. So far the Missus is pretty understanding of my addiction.
