RACK 1
Sorry keerat I've only just seen this. There's no real way to counter act any sides from steroids but you can reduce them. With water you'll take what's known as an AI (Aromatise Inhibitor), this helps stop the body producing more oestrogen to cope with the increased testosterone. With temper you can use evening primrose oil to help hormones balance a little but I think this isn't really the case. What I find is that steroids amplify emotions, if you're happy, you're on top of the world, if you get upset you get really down. If you have a quick temper and can't control it then you need to ask yourself if steroids are really for you as it's ok you having a temper but it affects the people around you more. There's also things to consider like Gyno (breast tissue growth) this again is from excess oestrogen. You get ichy nips then can gets small lumps forming behind your nipples. To counter this an oestrogen blocker such as Tamoxifen (a female breat cancer med) is used. If this doesn't help then the next step about would be letrozol. It's mainly coming off the steroid cycle where people fail. They don't really care and then lose all the size and strength they gained due to never running a PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). Running a PCT helps kick start the body to producing natural testosterone. For this you use things like HCG which is found in the first trimester of pregnant women's urine (it's the chemical responsible for turning a test positive). In men it sends a signal to the pituritary gland which mimics the same signal to start puberty. Then Clomid (the first step taken by women for ivf) is used to help this and Tamoxifen is run again to cope with increased oestrogen. A few weeks of this helps keeps most strength and size gains that happened when on cycle. This of course is just a very basic write up but should give the general idea of how it should be done and not like most chavs or fools do it lol

RACK 1
LOL Jimmy, this is true. This is why there are so many horror stories about people messing up with steroids. It's because they don't use them properly and take time to research them.
