paulbin 0
Its only a small problem but it really does my head in, when I fill the vr up (rare occasion) the gauge doesn't reach the full mark, I don't think it's a sticky gauge because it will move straight away when driving.Any easy ideas that I can try?? gary.scales 0
mine does exactly the same, never goes over 7/8 full, but goes for a while on empty!! but darent run out so always fill up. Also, its cheaper to fill up because you never actually fill up! fix? no idea.......
Gazbarber1982 3
I've just changed my fuel pump housing and sender after the car fell onto a trolley jack on the tank and snapped the sender. All vr's have a 55 litre tank I think so it must be something to do with the sender. I've changed from a walbro to a standard pump so I get full use out of the tank. I'll bend the bar on the float for the sender and see if it helps because the one I put in was more angled than the one I took out.
paulbin 0
I checked the sender out bent the bar more and it made it worse so I straightened it out alittle and now works perfectly
