I've found the bolt to attatch one of the cables to the shifter tower, but the other gear cable slides ver a pin and I have ni idea how its held on or what the "lost" clip looks like! I think the part you need is referred to as a relay lever, part no. 1J0 711 256, i think he said it was a dealer only part. ETKA illustration number is 711-24, item number 49 is the lever and 36 is the nut. I have also had to replace this part as mine went brittle and snapped when taking the box out.
